Thermal Paper Additives
Cytech Products, Inc. manufactures products that enhance the performance of direct thermal coatings.
Direct thermal paper is used daily by millions of people around the world. Originally used in fax machines, this versatile paper has proven successful as POS receipts, tickets, baggage tags, boarding passes, and labels for shipping, groceries, packaging, and more. Direct thermal paper eliminates the need to replace ink; the paper is coated with ink that develops when passed through a thermal head. This reduces interruptions in service to customers. No one has to reload ink, merely keep the paper loaded. Direct thermal paper is one of the main consumables used in self-service KIOSKs.
Cytech's Hidorin and Hymicron products assist the direct thermal paper manufacturer to provide product with specific properties. Cytech Products, Inc. and affiliates provide products to the main direct thermal coaters of the world. All Hidorin and Hymicron products are manufactured to work specifically with direct thermal coatings.
